The Desserts Whisperer

INTRODUCTION

  Do you love desserts? who in this world don't love it. Dessert for me such a wonderful food that been created. according to The Free Dictionary by Farlex,a usually sweet course or dish, as of fruit, ice cream, or pastry, served at the end of a meal. In addition, the word of desserts from old french called desservir which mean to clear the table. as we know, people usually eat the desserts after they finish the meal. In Malaysia, desserts is called as "Pencuci mulut".

   "Pencuci mulut" used to be eaten mostly during breakfast and tea break by Malay people. It also called as kuih muih and this kind of desserts known as traditional food. For example, kuih seri muka, kuih buah melaka, karipap, donuts, tepung pelita and many more. So, what is the history of desserts? my next post will explain more about the desserts.
